We cannot speak more highly of Weddings By Natalie. Honestly our wedding would not have happened without her! We are a young couple in Australia and planned the wedding from a far and Natalie and her team made every step seamless. The wedding day was no different. Natalie and her team of beautiful souls helped create the most magical and fun day ! Natalie was always contactable and replied to emails within the hour most times. She had great suggestions and connections and we cannot fault her assistance! Also very affordable, amazing value for money. WE WANT TO GET MARRIED AGAIN !!

We had our wedding in Canguu this November, and I can honestly say it was the BEST day of our lives! And many many thanks goes to Nat for helping it become so. She gave us a way to plan the wedding and make it our own. She was always happy to assist in whatever questions we had in the lead up. She was reliable, with prompt answers, and got us on track if we forgot things. And aways so positive and relaxed. Having her on whatsapp and phone was a really easy and stress free way to prepare for our wedding. On the day, the team were just superb. They were invisible, in the background making everything run without a hitch, but were there if you needed them. We didn’t have to think about a thing, all we were left to do was enjoy an absolutely amazing day. I could not recommend Nat and her team enough.

Natalie and her team were absolutely amazing! They made sure everything went to plan and I had nothing to worry about on the day. Throughout the planning for my big day Natalie was always friendly, helpful and quick to get back to me. The set up on the day was breathtaking and all the vendors she used couldn’t be faulted. On recommendation by Natalie we used Bali Good Food (BGF) caterers, we couldn’t fault the food or the table set up. There was plenty of food for everyone, all the food was delicious and very good value for money. We used Ricky & Co for the photography, again a recommendation by Natalie. The photographers were really friendly and made me and my husband feel at ease while having our pictures taken. We got the album delivered within a few days and it came in a lovely presentation box and they also gave us copies of all the photos they took, along with editing a good number and selection of them.
All in all we had such an amazing day, with lots of our guests saying it was the best wedding they have been to, which is all thanks to Natalie and the great vendors she works with.

When I first met Natalie after many emails back and forth, I was instantly put at ease by her calm, soothing, positive nature. Even after I began chopping and changing (as a bride does) Natalie easily adapted and made my ideas happen. She is so organised and professional. I can not fault anything about her. It’s almost like she could read my mind and would often raise topics with me before I’d even said anything. Her respectful and knowledgeable approach to the Indonesian way of life is really good. This is something she’s picked up after years of living there and such a good skill to have to do business there

Natalie and her team have been outstanding from early in the process (understanding what we wanted for our special day), until the day of the wedding when they gave directions and checked everything was running smoothly! It has been a stress free process and they have also been able to solve a couple of last second “unforeseeable” problems 🙂 thank you again girls you did an amazing job and everyone loved it!

Planning our wedding in Bali was one of the most stressful things that we have ever done. Communication with Natalie, vendors and other services was at times frustrating and harder than we had expected. Without meeting Natalie in person it was also quite nerve-racking not knowing what we might be getting.

When we arrived and finally met Natalie, all of our worries disappeared instantly. She was lovely, friendly, re-assuring and in the days leading up to the wedding and on the day its self, she worked tirelessly. The day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her planning, her staff, her experience and her hard work. Her hours and hard work on the day was worth every single penny and more.

We are great thanks and still reminiscing about the wonderful time we had The photos were amazing – could not have asked for a better team and the outcome was breath taking – the guys did an amazing job These two photos are our faves – though it’s a hard pick as they are all so lovely

The end result was flawless – the staff were great, the chef was brilliant and the food he cooked was commented by all, and you coordinated everything so well and calmly – the photographer was just what I wanted to have – someone who was light hearted fun and knew what results we were after, the staff were so attentive to everyone making sure everyone always had a drink and was ok, the band played well and entertained us – the day went off smoothly and I have nothing I would change about the day

We fell in love with the staff at the Nova – they were so accommodating and lovely and their cooking was some of the best food I have eaten – I could keep raving and of course there were lots of headaches leading up to the day but that didn’t matter as the day overshadowed it all

” I’m not a conventional bride and to make it more difficult, I wanted a destination wedding in Bali, an exotic place that most of my friends can’t pronounce or even know about from Canada. I had about 2 weeks to plan for everything and to make it more interesting, I was juggling a demanding 16 hour corporate job and relocating to the USA. As most of my friends say, I was on “mission impossible”, enter Natalie and her team.

I found Natalie on the internet and after a few email correspondences, I was on skype with her! Immediately I feel like I could entrust this daunting task to Natalie’s able hand. I knew nothing about Bali and I don’t have a clue where I want the wedding venue to be. Natalie probed some questions and we narrowed it down to few choices and within 48 hours, we found the venue! I was very impressed with Natalie’s professionalism.

Unlike other wedding planners, who kept on trying to sell me their ideas. Natalie helped make my dream wedding come true. She really listened to what I want and made it happen. I had a very small wedding with only family members, so privacy is a priority. Of course, that didn’t even come across my mind since I’m so busy trying to lose more weight and think about how to look more pretty. Natalie anticipated this and she preemptively negotiated with the resort on making the wedding venue private. She’s so experienced and capable, I felt like I could leave all the details with her on the wedding day while I indulge in an one hour spa before my wedding ceremony.

Thank to Natalie and her team, I had a unforgettable wedding and I did it all in 2 weeks with her help! I’d highly recommend her service to all my friends who are considering destination wedding! I cannot speak highly enough of Natalie! Absolutely amazing – hero! Without her I would have been lost trying to organise a proposal in Bali! We looked after an exotic location, where we could renew our vows to celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary. We thought Bali would be a beautiful place for that and so it was.

Natalie organized everything for us, including the photographer and even Makeup- and Hairstylists. We were very pleased by her service. She picked the right things for us according to our wishes and cared for everything very reliable.
